I stayed at this hotel for a week in August, and the experience was both delightful and frustrating. The location was perfect, being a 15-minute walk from Ibiza Town, but the view from the room onto the flats on the other side of the road wasn't pleasant. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff, but the lack of a kettle in the room was a drawback. The dining was excellent with a great selection of food, although the breakfast options could have been better. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The spacious room was a relief after a long day, but I struggled with the heat during the night. The location was amazing, with easy access to the beach and city center, but occasional loud music made it less enjoyable. The dining experience was top-notch, especially the warm welcome every morning, though there could have been more variety in the food selection.
The hotel is ideally located close to the beach area with local bars and just a short walk into the center, making it very convenient. The rooms were excellent and contributed to a lovely stay, although the view onto flats across the road was not pleasant. The check-in was a bit delayed at 2 pm, but overall, the service was good. The dining options were nice but limited, and it was easy to get a taxi from the hotel. The pool area is calm and cozy, perfect for relaxation.
The hotel wasn't ready for our check-in at 2 pm, which was disappointing. However, the rooms were amazing and opened up onto flats on the other side of the road, which wasn't pleasant to look at.
I had a relaxing stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the highlight was the bathtub, perfect for unwinding in the middle of the night. The location was great, near lovely restaurants and a short ride to Playa den Bossa and the Old Town. However, the peaceful atmosphere was disrupted a couple of days by loud club music. Overall, a nice place for their higher-tier category room.
