The personnel provided very helpful suggestions for local activities. Alejandro gave us a full guide including many hidden gems. The experience wouldn't have been half as good without his help. The staff's service was the best i have experienced. I appreciated the upgrade and very nice views from the room.

The hotel refused to give us new water bottles. They provided only two 500mL bottles on arrival. I asked for a late checkout for one hour, but it was refused.

The hotel has a great location a few meters from the sea. It offers easy access to the beach. It is also near many restaurants, a convenience for dining and exploring the area.

the RECEPTION team was excellent , there was a nice young male on the front desk and he was very helpful. the rooms were just like the pictures.

room came with a balcony that looked straight into residents apartments , about 10 meters across the road , so there wasn't much privacy. the hotel refused to give us new water bottles , it provided just two 500mL bottles on arrival and that was it.

the bed was really comfortable.

The sea view from the second floor was largely blocked by an unappealing building. i was not offered a higher floor, though the hotel was not fully booked. the spa was advertised as available, but it was closed. Using the spa at a sister hotel across town was the offered solution, insufficient.

The pool area lacked atmosphere since the bar was closed that was disappointing. my room had limited storage. A small cupboard barely held my belongings i found this inconvenient. also, i encountered some noise issues from the street which affected my sleep. the price felt excessive considering these problems
